Nowadays there is an increasing number of businessmen and businesswomen as they open their own businesses. I personally think the reason is because there are many companies that are not worth enough for the job seekers, mainly it is about the environment and salary that is why people get to think about quitting their jobs and starting a business.
One of the advantages of starting your own business, you can handle it by yourself from the concept, design, purpose and also the market target itself. Basically you can do what you want and you have no limit for creating innovation because it is owned by you, or you can say it is a limitless imagination to pour in a white canvas.
On the other hand, there are also many people who prefer to get employed by some company rather than starting their own business, because you have to use a big modal for your business, it is not easy when you start from scratch. Also, there are people who choose more comfortness and steadiness for being employed by a company or organisation.
In the end the advantages seem not to outweigh the disadvantages, because there is so much to prepare when you want to start your own business not just in material way but in mentality too. It is true that you have a limitless imagination but the other people do it too so you have to be furnishly prepared if you want your business success.
