There is an increase among students dropping out from school recently that have seriously affect our society in various fields. In particular, industrial work force that has dramatically dropped due to insufficiency of expertise.
I believe that one of the sole causes of this problem is due to the grand amount of tuition fee that students are forced to pay each semester. for instance, majority of high schoolers in Iran are in debt while they are celebrating their graduation. In addition to that, due insufficient funds in grant office and expensive tuiton fees, students that are illegible to get scholarships are yet unable to pay the rest of their tuition . Additionally, most high paying jobs requires applicants to possess a strong resume whereas students are forced to join labor, which does not grant them with sufficient salary to pursue further education. Subsequently, majority of dropouts tend to participate in labor work to pay for themselves.
However, there is a solution to prevent these issues. Offering various internship opportunities to students based on their desired field can cause a significant change. Introducing Multitude of young work force to variety of job titles can increase the employment rate. Going back to the first problem, granting talented and illegible students in low-income families will prevent them from dropping out and lead them to join the work force after graduating as an educated expert.
To conclude, the reason why students drop out of school can be resolved with granted career and scholarships.
