Despite the significant advancements in health care, a lot of countries have meaningful issues in effective health provision availability for their people. In my opinion, the main cause of the problem is ineffectively designed state institutions and this can be handled by reformation of the health care system.
First of all, I believe that every systematic problem in a country is a sign of some wrongness in its institutions and health care is not an exception. Struggles in health provision may be caused by various reasons, such as the high costs of drugs and treatment that might be multiplied by poverty of citizens. Another important reason is that there are countries that are not able to produce their own medications and every instability may induce a serious crisis in the sphere of health care.
To protect a country and its people, the government should provide a right working scheme for institutions. This applies not only to the ministry that responds for health care, but the whole system. For example, to increase availability of medications and treatment the state should fight poverty or subsidise unworthy people. However, to help these people, the government ought to have a strong budget, which cannot exist without wealthy citizens paying taxes, so poverty is the main aim to reduce. At the same time the state should encourage businesses to enhance and enlarge the pharmaceutical industry to protect the country from crisis.
To sum up, the most important reason for issues in the sphere of health care is the institutions that do not work right. However, this may be solved by reformation of the institutions to make them more effective.
