On the one hand, there are some sound reasons why people think everyone should adopt a vegetarian diet for health and ethical reasons. Perhaps they are all right. Also, I totally agree with this theme. To explain, the vegetarian diet takes place in our lives, as if we do not adopt a vegetarian diet, we will face serious troubles. For example, nowadays, unhealthy foods are on the rise day by day. Consequently, many people are poisoned by unhealthy foods. There are many different types of unhealthy foods, such as burgers, sandwiches, cordial drinks, sweets, and other meals. If we are eating these meals, all of us will be poisoned by them. That is why everyone should adopt a vegetarian diet for health and other reasons.
On the other hand, many people cannot adopt a vegetarian diet because of health concerns. They should eat frequently, as they are becoming seriously ill, such as with diabetes, cancer, and other illnesses.
Taking everything into account, everyone doesn’t need to adopt and follow a vegetarian diet. However, adopting a diet is useful for health and ethical reasons.
