In the recent years, students work at a offices for a minimal period of time without any payment as a part of curriculum. The essay will be scrutinise, there are multifaceted merits of this such as real world experience, upgrading of skills which overshadows the demerits.

Some school of thoughts accord that there are several drawbacks of student working in a company without paying of their work such as they cannot afford of daily expenses. Daily expenses for commutation for travelling though various modes of transportation such as bus,train and private vehicles like cars,bike. Also, they can afford for daily food expenses for lunch and dinner and house rent if students are living in rented flats,houses. Additionally, all this expenses burden their family expenses.

Converesely , I along with few socialists postulate that there are numerous advantages of student working in a corporate without any stipend as they work for real client that supersede the drawbacks. To explicate, by working in a offices an academic learners witness real world problems and resolving this issues through various solutions for clients. To exemplify this, an IT student makes a websites for its clients for different purposes such as banking, restaurant, retailers by following their requirements. Furthermore, a student enhances their technical as well as non technical skills. Non technical skills like Communication skill which is prominent required skill in all skills. As Student work with experienced employees ,foreign clients through communication with them increases their confidence as well as communication skills.Besides this every academic learner learns new concepts which they have not learned in academic teaching.I insightfully posist that, through working in a company without any kind of pay has benefits as they learn work with real clients beyond their academics, also fosters their confidence for future.

Conclusively, inspite of few folks thinks that student working in a corporate without stipend has drawbacks as they have affordability issues however, this has numerous benefits such as real world experience and also upgrades their skills and fosters their confidence for bright future.
