Every individual must be taken a challenging decision not only in their carrier but also their personal life. Inspite of, there have some drawbacks to taking risk, nevertheless, I strongly agree with this statement.
First of all, we are interested to lead a life in our comfort zone. If we take a risk for our-self, it will help a lot to step out from our own area. It also play a vital role to make the best version of our-self. When we take a decision which is not our favour, it push us to learn new skill to survive that kind of situation. It also helps to adopt in different environment and situation.
Furthermore, if we want to accomplish the great achievement in our professional life, we should take risk. Sometimes we get a opportunity to go abroad and settle our life. We should go for this though it is out of our comfort zone. When we involve in 9 to 5 office job, somebody do not find any goal of his life. That time he ought to switch in different job or business. We all are known that business is a venture. Sometimes it goes as we plan or sometines it loses that much what we can not bear easily.
In conclusion, there are no other way to succeed in both of profession and personal lives without take a challenge.
