Infuence of international media affect the local culture. It has both positive and negative aspect. I personally believe, such type of explosure could led local culture towards its destruction.
Firstly, people should never forget the root of their origin and it’s their duty to save their culture and tradition. There are varieties of media, and some are knowledeable as well. Because of such media, People are aware of international political scenario. For instance, a person sitting on the chair in Nepal is aware of the election in USA. This becomes possible only because of the international media. So, everytime media has nothing to play with our culture, and we could take media as a source of knowledge. Before, there were so many bad tradition in local community. We can take a caste system as an example. Because of such media, who not only fight againt such unhuman culture, they are also providing scientific knowlege to the society illustrating caste system is not a good practice. Relating this fact, using international media could be beneficial.
However, some media could provoke others, and it has a adverse effect in a long run. For example, there are some video in internet , which are distrributing false information regarding tradition and culture. Using such type of media could damage our brain, and society will face harmful effect.
In conclusion, using international media could be beneficial if utilized properly. It is in the hand of society to check each and every path to filter out the negative impact of such media. Considering this, I think positive impact outweigh the negative side.
