Nowadays, less and less people want to do farming work in villages. It is thought that young people should be encouraged to do work in farms.
It is noticeable that year after year there are less young people who want to work in agricultural fields. Today there are a plenty of different work places that have many opportunities to people. So, many young people tend to move from rural areas after finishing high school or college, due to the reason they can not earn enough money for life from farming. For example, they should buy many fertilizers and things that help destroy pests and support the plants. In that way it takes a lot of money but in a time when plants ready for sale, they can not cover the expenses that was spent because vegetables and fruits or other crops are not expensive products.
The another important factor why people do not have a passion for working in agricultural production is that working in that place is hard and takes a lot of effort, they have to work in any weather and wear heavy clothing, harvesting process is also difficult, so it is convenient for people being employed in other industries.
Nevertheless, some young people should be inspired to work in farms and in fields. Today people can get many products from chemical factories but they are not as useful as products from farms. So, Government’s duty encouraging young generation to stay in rural regions and work there. If the cost of these natural products would be higher, farmers had been continued their jobs.
In summary, most of young people do not want to work in farms because they do not get enough profit from it but Government should motivate them to work there.
