Hardest thing is to find pleasure able job in developing countries. That is because of many reasons like difference between population and number of job opportunities. Now let’s discuss that in detail.

The main reason behind a person is unhappy with his/her job is he/ she not getting enough salary from that work and due to a smaller number of jobs they are still doing that. For example, someone is working in developing country and the other person is doing same job but in developed nation then the one who is working in developed nation is getting more paid for same work because there are a greater number of job openings. There are many other causes like behavior of coworkers, like everyone wants to grow and get premotion. Therefore, there are some peoples who steal other’s credit for their personal development.

Yes, job satisfaction is very much important. If and only if when your workers are satisfied with their job then you can get the best results possible. For person doing a job in which he/she not happy then can go in depression and there is no personal improvement as well. If a person is rewarded for efforts he put on then he/she can give more contribution towards making country evolution.

From above we can conclude that the best thing for person to find job satisfaction is to do what he likes or he is best in that. For developing countries to increase GDP more they have to work on number of jobs and workers satisfaction.
