Government can grant and loan for small and medium enterprises which can enhance for employment that can lead to an economic benefit. In addition, universal basic services are very important. Providing free healthcare, education and transport to poverty can reduce financial stress on the poor. As a result, people start to have ability to earn money, the risk of crime will be decreased.
