In this mordern era, every countries Goverments try to developed their country. Goverments spead a lot of money on renovations of old building in big cities, while some feel that this money can be better for developing road and also for build new houses. I firmly agree with this statement, in this essay i will give my overall opinion.
Old building are the history of time for every country. Thats the main reasone behind goverments thinking to rearrenge the old buildings in the big urban area. Behind this statement there are same various resone, one of the cause is those old building can be trusit attraction that will improve country overall economy. Recently BBC news published italy made 25 billion growth by their tourist sites. Its a massive growth for a country. The reason behind massive growth they build their world class tourist attraction.
On the other hand, some people told that goverments should spent the money for developing roads and also builds some new houses. I agree with this statement by doing this it will change peoples life style in a massive way. Roads are important way to move one place to another place so developing countries road a massive change for their country, it also create good impression Internationaly. Tourist also can feel that they can easily move. By build new houses can be a better solution to decreased the cost of houses by doing this the countries people will be beneficial. In recent case study Australia spent 13 billion AUD on their roads.
In conclusion, both statements are correct in some way but i strongly agree with goverments should spent their money on roads and new houses
