Human civilization cannot exist without nature and the resources it gives us. However, since industrial revolution, we keep polluting and harming the environment. I strongly believe all countries and the biggest companies should actively work together so the solution to this problem eventually can be found.
According to the researchers, transport generates a significant amount of the pollution. Especially planes are responsible for leaving huge carbon footprint. What can be done here to reduce is encouraging travellers to choose trains and researching new technologies that will make planes less hazardous.
Many big corporations are responsible for polluting rivers and seas. They do not have waste management policies so the waste is thrown to the nearest body of water. In this case, countries should establish law forbidding such practises.
Plastic is known to pollute almost every possible environment, including the human body. The urgent action should be taken to reduce the amount of plastic produced and incorporate newest recycling methods.
All in all, I think environmental problems can be solved and the damage can be significantly reduced but it requires the cooperation of countries and companies.
