If I got the authority to make any two changes in the education system of the country then one of the modifications will include practicality in the system and the other will be to add real life skills in the curriculum. Through this essay, I will express how these alterations will be beneficial for the student.
When I say incorporating practicality in the education system, I mean by this statement that we do learn a lot of theory in almost every subject including science and economics, but we often don’t know how the things work in real life. Apart from this, knowing things practically will improve our understanding of the topics we are studying. For instance, in schools students with commerce backgrounds are taught how to make ledgers and balance sheets on sheets. On the contrary, in real life these are done digitally, if the educational institutions taught with practicality, students knew how to make important accounts digitally.
Secondly, there are numerous benefits of adding real life skills like in the curriculum. One of the major advantages is that we will be prepared for several new high paying job opportunity skills that are demanding these skills. In addition to this, there are a sort of skills that will also help us in our personal development. For example skills like better communications or IT skills or even leadership skills will be helpful not only in this competitive job market but also will help us in our personal growth.
In a nutshell, including practicality and adding real life skills in the educational curriculum will be favourable for the students.
