Band 7+: In both education and employment some people tend to work harder than others . Why do you think that is the case? Is it always good to work hard

Note: Both the topic and the essay were created by one of our users.

Nowadays, in education and employment, some people work harder than others. There are several reasons why people work harder than others, and this often depends on their motivation and personality.

People who work harder usually want to achieve better results, such as a higher salary or a promotion at work. They feel responsible for their future. The reason for working hard often comes from personal experience. For example, some people learn about discipline and ambition from childhood. Others may work harder because they have faced many difficulties in life. These differences often depend on people’s goals, background, and life situations.

However, not everyone works hard for the same reason. While some people enjoy being busy, others work hard because they feel it is required. For example, some workers are under pressure from their employers or need money to support their families. In contrast, people who work less may want more free time or feel less stress.

Working hard can help people succeed and learn useful skills. It can also increase confidence. In addition, working hard can help people become more experienced and responsible. But hard work cannot make people happy if it causes too much stress.

In conclusion, people work hard for different reasons, such as ambition, family, or pressure. Although hard work is often good, it is not always the best if it affects happiness. A balance between work and rest is the most important. Therefore, people should try to balance hard work with their health and personal life.
