People hold conflicting views regarding whether national authorities should motivate businesses and businessman to relocate in rural areas or not. While this development is advantageous to some extent, I believe that the disadvantages that it offers are far more significant.
On the one hand, the benefits to the rise of encouraging companies and entities to move to suburban area are definite. Chief among that is businesses such as corporation and factory can expand their workplace area which grants more employment opportunities for citizens since they own wide range of available land in backcountries. In addition, individuals who are freelancer, businessman or general office-worker take research in employment or commercial deal more sufficient. For instance, the demand of hire more employees will grow considerably as the higher rise of industrial area fields located in rural patterns of a country, in which helps unemployed citizens more chances in looking forward to their livelihoods. As a consequence, a considerable growth in the rate of employees contributes to sustainable yield of a company and nation.
On the one hand, I am convinced that the aforementioned benefits are eclipsed by greater drawbacks. Firstly, many governments only advocate corporations and to migrate to cultivated lands without any supports of funds. Additionally, companies and individual businesses cannot develop with the absence of interests or investment. Secondly, this encouragement may create environmental problems due to more woodlands required to constructs factories. Moreover, governments and local authorities cannot control completely the environmental conditions in metropolises. A vivid example for that is many unpopular coastal cities, namely, Ninh Chu city experiences fewer trashes on roads, cool atmosphere at night and less ashes came from private vehicles. Nevertheless, in other developed cities, it is apparent that wastes treatment is not strictly maintained and frequently results in various pollution, particularly air pollution and water pollution.
In conclusion, the prevalence of politics promote inhabitants and businesses to depart to suburban areas can have some certain disadvantages; however, I believe that they are outweighed by the advantages outlined above.
