A new trend has evolved in the society where the young people has begun to shift independently as soon as they are graduated from school. Either these students stay alone or shift with their classmates. This essay will cover both the positive and the negative sides of this decision taken by the young adults.
The first and the foremost benefit that these people consider is the freedom and independence. As soon as they shift on their own, they are completely free, nobody to order and inspect them. They become reliable for their own acts and survive on their own earnings. The second positive impact that this decision brings is the level of responsibility that comes along with it. The person will have to do each task on their own starting from laundry to all the cleanings, bringing groceries, preparing food, paying all the bills and many other things on the list. For example, the students that migrate to other countries for higher education have to survive completely themselves and have to restart their life from scratch.
However, anything that comes with benefits will have drawbacks as well, so the first limitation is the expenses that are to be born by the person itself which earlier were handled by the parents. The next drawback is the misuse of freedom, as students without the control of their parents might indulge in various illegal activities that can bring them in trouble. Seeking freedom is perfectly fine until and unless you are walking through the right path but today’s generation take all these situations freely without considering the consequences.
At last, in my opinion, young people and their family should sit together and make a deal on certain conditions that can stop the child from staying independently. Both the parties should give the right freedom and privacy to each other while also sharing the expenses altogether.
