There is lack of awareness among the children and specifically parents leading to the detrimental effects of obesity on a child’s health causing laziness, inactive and also severe disease relating to heart.
To solve this government and both individuals should actively participate in the well-being of their children’s health. The government from his part can organize health awareness program to create consciousness on obesity affecting on children’s health. Additionally he can also establish more children parks where there is availability of Children play tools where they can be physically active. Similarly every individual has also responsibility to take care of their children’s health. Hence the children must be encouraged to participate in physical exercises, games and sports to keep them physically fit and active. It helps them to stay fit, boost their metabolism and uplift their mood which results in better performance and creativity. One of the effective ways to deal obesity is what we consume, so eating fruits and vegetables, avoiding sugar and carbohydrates, fats and processed foods help them to stay healthy and attain nutritional diet.
To conclude this, Children obesity is an increasing concern which must be highlighted and deal within time. Every individual must be responsible on what they consume and what measures can be taken to stay fit and healthy for themselves as well as their children.
