In this fast paced era, it is crucial for the governments to provide facilities to all the citizens. It is often are argued that the necessary facilities related to education and health are only accessible in urban areas due to this a school of thought assert that whether new educators and doctors had better be employed in villages or others opine that the all the folks have a right to work wherever they want. Both these notions will be discussed in forthcoming paragraphs.

To commence with, most of the villages have lack of modern amenities such as better education and medication due to this it is considered by many masses that in order to provide all the necessary and better facilities to rural people authorities had better transfer new tutors and doctors in remote areas so that individuals of remote areas can get all these services easily. Moreover, villagers are also a part of the nation then it is crucial for authorities to give them all the facilities which are important for individuals of rural areas to live better and healthy life. Subsequently, the masses of remote areas suffer from a lot of obstacles to get these facilities because of the distance from villages to urban areas is too far.

Further more, the educators and doctors have their right to work where they want. In other words, any person who is working, their self satisfaction is significant for them. If individual are not happy at their workplace then it may possible that they are not able to give their 100% in any type of work. For instance, recent research from India’s psychology department that the person who is not satisfied with their work they are less productive as compared to those who are happy with their working conditions. Hence, it totally depend on individuals choice that where they want to work.

In conclusion, although it is essential for authorities to provide all necessary facilities to villagers so that they will contribute in the development of a country. Yet, it is individual’s personal choice to choose the area for work. From my perspective, government should appoint new doctors as well as teachers for the development of villages.
