To begin with the first cause is the work related education is rare which is essential for the society. Many students has certificate but those are not correlate with the demandable sector. Another major cause is Practical or vocation education is not focus by the government or individual and still we can’t realize how much essential is that. Finally the main another reason is our dream is depend on a suitable job not for self employment and it is most demand in this society.
Furthermore, it creates many crucial problems and it spread up not limit in the individual also to the society. The first problem is individual frustration and loneliness which deprives them to gain success also their family is suffered for them. The family has a dream which is belong their education and success in the future life but unfortunately that devastated to their self confident and faith. For instance, it associated to commit crime as a result from whom the society could benefit but they become burden and spoil the beauty of modern society.
On the other hand, the problem has various solutions and requires our positive focus. To address this issue, we should insist younger vocational and technological education. Many multinational organization and industries still demand experience and capable people but younger are not able to fulfill those post. The world is developing day by day by technology but younger could not able to utilize this chance. Another thing is we should focus many practical educations such as cooking, carpenter, welder, electrician and so on. Finally, we should encourage self employment and which can contribute national economy. The government could play a prominent role here that approve loan, grant and appreciate any positive invention. Numerous success stories and evident support that the effectiveness solution is after apply these method. After implementing these solution, it is confronted the identified problem also offer tangible solutions and we could mitigate or resolve the problem.
