Band 5+: In many countries, the pressure to achieve academic success in schools has resulted in increased stress and anxiety among students. What are the main reasons for this problem, and what solutions can schools and parents implement to reduce student stress?

In these days,more and more secondary school students from numerous parts of the world are suffering from high extend of stress and nervouness connected with their school achievment.This essay will discuss heavy workload and parental pressure are the main reasion for thiss issue.Respectively the most suitable solutions are time management classes and organizing special seminars for parents.

One of the main causes of this problem is that students are faced with huge academic workload.In other words stidents are required to complete a large number of assigments for certian period of time.In many cases pupils fail finish on time their tasks,consequently unfinished tasks accumulate over time,therefore students start to feel anxious.A viable solution is to provide lessons for students about correctly managing their time, in order to effectively plan amount of schoolwork additionaly improve their academic success.

Another factor which leads to stress is parental pressure.Generally parents often expect high score from their children and hope that they can get into diserable university and due to the fear that student can disappoint their parents level of stress starts increasing.The way forward could be to explain parents to concentrate on well-being of their children rather on scores.In addition Schools can conduct specific meetings for parents to demonstrate how excessive pressure can affects to the mental health of teenagers,which would assist students to recieve support from their parents.

All in all,it is clear that most of secondary school students feel stressful because of struggling with school achievment.Unless young students learn how to allocate time,academic and psychological pressure continue rising.Schools must take steps to deal with the problem as soon as possible.
