Education is a source of knowledge and success. It has many reasons and solutions, which, will be desceribed explainly in the next para.

First of all, too much syllabus and irrelevent topics in syllabus cause a burden on students. When stuedents studied difficult irrelevent topics, it may be distract their attention from relevents subjects of study. The solution of this of this problem, is to delete the worthless subjects from academics study, so, that students only pay their attention on easy and worthy study.

Secondly, the biggest cause of stress is lack of sport activity in schools. Only on study become boring for students, so, schools and government should be add non academics study along with academics study. This strategy may help us a lot and cause a attraction of pupils to schools. Thirdly, use of net and social media has effect on study, pupils waste their on internet instead of study. However, internet is helpful in case of study, but their excessive use had a lot of disadvantage, because pupils waste their studied time on net. Parents needs to advice their children about less use of net.

In a nuttshell, government needs to remove excessive irrelevents topics from their academics syllabus. In contract, schools and university should help students by scholarships. Studied department should be add sport and games along with academics study. There are many causes for depression of students, but also have many solution for it.
