The technological advancements has gone beyond our expectations. Its totally changed both behavior and interaction of humankind including working behavior. Nowadays, people can work at anywhere they want, including home. particular behavior was seen negatively by some people. Many believe that this shifting could lead a drawback in our social engagement and end up avoiding this work behavior. However, I personaly prefer the face-to-face working environment.
People tends to favor more of remote work due to its flexible and practical value. Our development of civilization right now has its own problem, and traffic jam is one of it. This is the main reason why people will not willingly to travel to their office. In their point of view, the traffic jam will waste their times and drain energies. In addition, remote work enables worker to work while doing others activities, especially in their leave. Some important job oftenly given by the supervisors in this period. On the other hand, this practical value has its own issue. The remoters are being distracted by other activities or by people that is not work-related. This issue sometimes occurs to a married man or woman. Their relatives and housework are distracting their focus, leading to an unproductive work time and affecting their teamate and products quality.
Despite draining more energies and time, working with face-to-face environment generates more beneficial values, such as increasing our productivity and products qualities. We are able to monitor our work progress better with a decent communication with the teams. In addition, face-to-face interaction with teams enable us to analize our team behavior toward thier job desk.
In conclusion, the face-to-face are better work environment to work with. It boost our productivity and works quality. The opposite, a distraction oftenly occurs while taking the remote work.
