In numerous nations, there is a growing phenomenon of individuals pursuing untraditional creer paths outside of conventional jobs. This essay will discuss the possible reasons behind this trend and why I think it is a positive development for community.
One of the reasons why some people tend to engage in unconventional professions is that they don’t own college degree. Most of traditional occupations ,such as teaching and office jobs ,require a university certificate, which some individuals don not have. Therefore, they cannot apply for such jobs, so this will lead to pursuing untraditional career paths. For instance, many farmers ended up working in this career because they did not finish their higher education, or they scored extremely low grades during their studies.
However, from my perspective, this trend has a variety of advantages for society. It can create new opportunities for all society members, from educated individuals to uneducated ones. Furthermore, it is also beneficial due to its effects in reducing unemployment rates. For example, when a high number of people hold an academic degree in the same field, this can cause to a higher figure of unemployed people among public. So when some society members choose to shift their concentration towards untraditional occupations, it can effectively reduce unemployment rates.
Inconclusion, there are numerous causes behind the trend of pursuing unconventional professions. However, I think this behaviour can have beneficial advantages to our communities in terms of offering new chances to uneducated individuals and lowering unemployment proportions.
