Nowadays, the cost of living standard is higher than the past time because of economics problems and era of inflation. Therefore, genders need to work full time job to complete families’ needs in some part of the countries. For that reason, some people argue that wives and husbands are permitted to share household chores. From my perspective point, I would like to extend my knowledge comparing with our country’s situation which I agree with this statement.
In the days when technology was not developed, one family could survive on the income by the head of household becaues the increase in commodity prices were not expensive. Because of this, women were no need to work outsides and they had responsibilities in housework – cooking, cleaning, laundry and looking after their children. Viewing this attitude, all household tasks were assigned to motherhood.
On the other hand, when the time passed, the thoughts of our outlook have also changed. Women require to go to the workplace for supporting their family’s accomodation because of the rising prices not only in individual needs but also emerging private schools and international schools in education system. Thus, both fatherhood and motherhood are entering their workpalce in daytime to cover their earnings. In addition, they have to complete the housework after finishing their job. In that situation, there will be some argument the role of equality between both genders as cooperating their livehood.
To conclude, I believe that helping with each other in household assignments can enhance better relationships being understanding throughout the passing life of women more.
