With the development of the times, many countries allow the women geting vacation after the birth of their baby. In my opinian, I disagree that the advantages of that outweigh the disadvantages of that.
On the one hand, the women take maternity leave from their jobs, may cause some peoblem, such as making the company burden the problem of efficency or the problem of finical. So some companies will decline the amount of the women in their company or decress the salery of the women. After that the problem will becom bigger and bigger so in the end may cause some social problem.
On the others hand, the women get the vacation after they birth the baby will improve the development of the coutry. Because, the younger become less and less but the lodder become more and more in some country and cause the amount of the labour declined. Obiversely, in the developed couries, the people at there may burden havey stress. So if the goverment allowed the women take maternity leave from their jobs during the first months after the birth of their baby, will motived the women birth the baby.
Summing up, I think the allow the women get vacation afer birthing are very improtant in some counties. But in some counties where are not face the problem of population may not very nessersary. And I also hope that some goverment need to help and supervise the company to allow the women to take maternity leave from their jobs during the first months after the birth of their baby.
