Nowadays it is getting more common for women in different countries to avoid marriages because they feel like there is no need for it. Many people think that it is caused by women’s ability to earn by themselves, which makes marriage process useless in terms of financial security. Personally, I strongly agree with this idea.
Firstly, it has undoubtedly become much more popular for women to stay out of a marriage because at this moment they do not have any commitment to marry a man to live properly, as they did in the past. The system has become more beneficial for everyone to achieve goals. Thus, there are more opportunities for females to be independent. For instance, in the past every woman was forced to get married because that was the only way to live happily. No one had a choice. In comparison to these days, women can live properly without anyone’s help. They have a lot of career paths, which means they do not require to marry anyone to be financially secured.
Another point to consider is that nowadays women can finally get married by love. It means that they do not have that pressure on them to marry as soon as possible to start a new family and not become useless. They have more time to make reasonable decisions. It makes it unnecessary to marry anyone for finance stability. If a woman does not want to get married, she probably has not yet found a right person who could support her in many other ways.
In conclusion, at this moment women have a lot of opportunities to earn on their own and marry only when they find love. The reason why they no longer feel the need to get married is the undeniable independence they started to have.
