Many youths in some nations experience the hardship of getting a job. This essay promotes several causes and possible effects that might happen in following years because of the problem.
The major causes why youths are hard to get employeed are the advancement of technology and lack of competencies. The development of technology and its integration in companies leads to the number reduction of workforce. The existence of the state of art tools such as AI is more prefered because of its accuracy and speed in handling a task. Moreover, lack of skill also becomes detrimental reason, for example, many workplaces want to expand their network in business field with other companies, so they preffer to hire applicants with extra skills such as English, designing, and programming skills to support their vision while in reality there are insufficient number of youths with the acquired skills.
The possible effects might happen are poverty and high number of crimes. Fistly, due to the high number of jobless people, many people will experience economical crisis that can bring them to poverty. If there were many unoccupied young people, the percentage of poverty in the future would rise gradually because they would enter the productive age without doing any work. Secondly, the percentage of criminal cases will also rise because individuals attempt to obtain money to fulfill their life. For example, there are some cases that parents tried to rob a house to steal some furnitures in order to get money by selling them. Hence, the harder to get an occupation, the higher the number of poverty and crimes will be in the future.
