In todays world, most of the people in the big cities worldwide are facing huge difficulty in finding a suitable and affordable accomodations, specially the young ones.I will be discussing some few causes on this situation and also provide solution to it.
Firstly, the major problem behind this housing crisis is the increase in vast population in the big cities. People from different places either travel or move for studies to the larger cities in the world which leads to the lack of sustainable housing as most of them are already occupied by the people living there and the situation gets problomatic for the newer ones. Secondly, this is also because of the low income and high housing rate which makes it extremely difficult for people, most young students to afford it. Majority of population in big cities are young people who are students and are working in minimum wages, which even makes them share one small apartment among the group only to sustain their living in those cities.
However, there are some ways that can contribute towards the solving of these problem. If people were to move to the place that can offer a bit more affordable housing, it would help them sustain in a more easy way while contributing towards the less populating to larger cities. Additionally, the government also play a vital role in housing crisis and can help with the cure by increasing the minimum wage for students and providing more job opprotunity for them. Furthermore, home owners can contribute as well by lowering the price for housing and making it affordable for everyone mainly for struggling youths finding a plae to live in.
To sum up, crowded cities can cause housing crisis and trying to less populate the place is a way as well as rise in income and low apartment rate can be the solution.
