It is commonly said that being ambitious leads you to the path of success. I believe this statement holds extremely true, especially in today’s competitive world. Where, being successful is remark of achievement.
Firstly, ambition is the virtue of a person, which makes him determinant and move ahead in his field of work. Even though it is said, win with modesty and loose with grace, only winning has became important in this era. A man with a aim, definately becomes more successful than the one, randomly trying out different stuff. Success can be achieved by discipline and consistent efforts. For example, Sachin Tendulkar, a cricketer, had an aim of being excellent in his field of sport. Which undoubtedly, he achieved by continuous practice and all this was because he was ambitious.
Secondly, ambition lights up the fire a person holds in himself, and know his true potential. After all, hard work, persistence and determination is key to success. A person, who is ambitious is more likely to win . For instance, Ronaldo, a great football player, was once a worker in a restaurant. His ambition of becoming a footballer made his way to a huge glory. Thus, victory come along to those, who dare to dream. A goal gives a clear representation of what we need to achieve, in order to become successful.
