Agood company needs a skilled employee and without it the it doesn’t matter if it has communication chain the company will fail. On the other hand, managers implement decisions on the workers so if they have the knowledge decode the message , they will enhance administration process and eventually everyone will be happy. Moreover we as humans communicate daily in order to understand one onether, for that reason workers socials that they can help the less skilled employees and lift the weight of job by communicating.
