These years, law about banning smoking in public places has spreaded through many nations. I believe that it is helpful and I will show my perspective in this essay.
This law is received furiously by the smokers. They explain it as the law humiliates their rights. They can do anything, in anywhere, anytime they want if it doesn’t hurt people as others. Another reason they have is that with this law they forbid to smoke in the most common places like bars. But with it they open a wider way for black markets in these places. Because they continue smoking illegally.
However, this ban has more benefits than damages. The most common rationale cited for restrictions on smoking is the negative health effects associated with secondhand smoke (SHS), or the inhalation of tobacco smoke by persons who are not smoking. These include diseases such as heart disease, cancer, and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. So this bans are useful for non-smokers around. Another cause is that we can decrease the tendency of smoking in teenagers with smoking bans. As they see fewer people smoke around, they begin to think it is bad thing to do.
To sum up, although it can break some human rights, it can prevent another people from disease or others.
