It is believed that in many countries, numerous people are received more money by companies which make the power of countries. However, the others say that people’s salaries should be controlled by the authorities. In my opinion, I strongly agree with first notion. And in my essay, I will present both of views.
On the one hand, there is one benefit for when people get a higher salaries, the countries will be stronger. Firstly, the managers just hire or pay more money for person who is good performance and creative. If the companies have more profits through their employees, it means, the government will be received more money from tax in order to build hospitals, schools, enhance education and road systems. Moreover, these things will help countries become a strong power. Like, Japan that countries is known as development and advanced technologies, especially, it has many big enterprises like Ace cook, or Ajinomoto that pay extremely salaries for people due to they facilitate benefits for their companies.
On the other hand, there are one impact if people’ salaries are controlled by the government. Firstly, every one always wants to earn more money from their work, particularly, who are not only talented but also professional. By contract, if they are received salaries lower abilities because of controlling, they move to other countries, that is brain drain phenomenon. Namely, in Vietnam, we have more professors like Ngo Bao Chau who is good at Maths and has lived in USA. He decided to move and work in development countries and contribute to his abilities for that country where he was given the higher money for his contribution.
In conclusion, beside of there is one effect if the government administer the amount people might earn, there is one reason people must be gain more money if they have great performance. In addition, I think more firms should be encouraged to pay higher salaries for employees by the authorities due to it makes workers feel that is jobs satisfaction that is an important factor in employee retention.
