In some countries, a small persentage of people earn utmost salary. While some argues that earning high salaries can be benefical, others hold the opinion that the government imposes salary constraints. This essay dicuss both perpectives before presenting my own view.
On the one hand, proponents of high salary argue that magnitude wage induce to burgeoning economy of country and to increase influx of brain drain. For example, a person, who earns an extremely high income, generate some funds for disadvantaged children and the poor. These funds help the government with economic growth and provide a strong financial foundation. Other rich individuals make an investment in a business and this triggers an increase in brain drain. Furthermore, brain drain also help to burgeoning economy and to appeal to skilled professionals from other countries. For these reasons, some individuals think that earning preponderant compensation.
On the other hand, oppononts of high salary believe that uncontrolled competetive remuneration gererate economic inequality, where the rich become richer while the poor struggle to meet basic needs. This financial gap can lead to social unrest and decreased overall happiness in society. Additionally, if salaries are excessively high in certain jobs, other important sectors, such as education and healthcare, can suffer from a restriction of skilled professionals. Due to these global phenomenans, some people argue that governments should regulate salaries and increase tax rates
In conclusion, high salaries can encourage innovation and economic burgeoning ,however, they may also lead to social inequality and unfair wealth distribution. From my perspective, governments improve social welfare to ensure that wealth is distributed more equitably.
