Numerous of cultural beliefs are suggesting youths, that attempting hard enough can help succeed in life. This essay demonstrate how this message will help children build up their confidence . On the contrary, will also shows that can lead pressure or stress as a major drawbacks.

First and foremost, traditional aspects of encouraging youngesters for working hard to achieve success can level up their confiedence. This information will help teenagers stay focused on their goals. While, seeing their parents also getting involved in infants dream, this will inspire them to believe in themselves. For instance, a student name Sarah who is not able to complete her project-work doesnot want to attend her school, then if her guardian motivate her by saying, we have seen your hardwork Sarah, you can do this!. However, this support will enhance her self-esteem and boosts her confiedence. As a result, she will be able to finish her project work on time.

On the other hand, one of the main trouble that is created by this information is increasing pressure Stress to the minors. Meanwhile, nowadays, social aspects are teaching yonger generation that, they have to always win in their life, from the very begging to achieve whatever they want in their life on contrast, this suggestion never instruct childrens to accept failure which leads the feelings of anxiety, worry or tensions. For example, I have personally faced this problem in my lifetime. After lock-down, when I was in my ninth-grade, I was preparing for my terminal exam through that time period, I started to focus my time whole time on education only just to avoid failure because this what we have learned from our childhood by our elders. After that, It cause me several peer-pressure and mental torture which affects my happiness.

In conclusion, society should teach the younger citizens to have a balance between both working or attempting hard enough along with accepting loss then only they will recieve success and reach their goals. Failing is just a part of your learning process which will lead you towards win, this message should reach to every single youngers ear.
