The large number of individuals in some nationalities have ageing problems while the proportion rate of newborn babies is decreasing. In my perspective, there is a high percentage of individuals who are struggling financially to accommodate their basic needs with the current economic crisis which may lead to the uncertainty of upbringing another human. In this essay I will discuss what are the issues which people encounter in daily lives as well as providing necessary guidance to overcome this barrier.
Firstly, most of the individuals who are not financially stable will reconsider about upbringing a child with the current economic crisis around the globe. In my perspective I believe that becoming a family is a huge responsibility as to be financially stable to provide basic needs of a child is a crucial matter. For instance the studies have shown that the individuals are struggling physically, mentally, financially and socially among the society and which would negatively affect their wellbeing and would reconsider the upbringing of a child. Therefore mental and financial stability is vital for the individuals to reconsider about upbringing a child.
On the other hand, I believe that the national authorities should have the ability to support and encourage the community in many different ways. Firstly the government should provide a financial arrangement of supporting the families with newborn infants to compensate their expenses generally by providing a particular amount of funds. For instance the Chinese government has provided a financial plan for the families by granting a particular fund for the families with children. As a result the individuals would reconsider starting a family with the support from the national authority.
To conclude, I believe that it is possible to increase the proportion of newborn infants, by providing insightful guidance and support from the national authorities to the individuals.
