In other words, pensioners can not be allowed to labour because they can not show that parameter of work which young adult would implement. Secondly , high duration indicator includes that humanity is not allowed to reproduce as much of natural resources that will be supporting high-living level. It means, human race will consume as much as they habited but then it will provide lack of products for next generations.
There are two solutions how we can miss impact of ageing layer of nations and for society. Main idea to deal with elders’ productivity is to make higher level of retirement age .It will provided by government which is also should be interested by tackle this issue.Another problem can be solved by laboratory. Scientists can produce lab-produced meat or trees species that can grow by that conditions. It will help to population consume as much as they wish without damaging to nature.
