A few generations ago, the rate of life expectancy was extremely low, which was around 50 to 55 years. However, in a number of parts of the world, there has been a sharp increase in average life expectancy. A number of people believe that it is the beneficial development, while others reject notion. Young people have a place for live, and they work hard for earning, which is indirectly helped to authority.
A third cause of the problem is that decline in the young labor force: The majority of companies prefer experienced workers over fresh graduates. As a result, youth struggle to find jobs, leading to feelings of depression, which is a main cause of adverse development. Addressing these issues requires a balance in hiring practice.
