It is undeniably true that as life expectancy increase the age of population in developing countries also increase. One immediate issue concerned with the trend is that there will be a rise in demand for healthcare services for senior citizen. In addition, youngsters of the nation will also have to look after their elder relatives, thus reducing the chances of young individuals to work properly. In other way, some young cannot work well in their job because they have to focus on their family. As a result, a nation can has smaller proportion of working population. The second problems is that government will have to provide more and more pension of the aging population. Such problems can also have negative effects on economic aspect as government will receive less taxes from citizens.

Nonetheless, both government authorities and individuals can mitigate these aforementioned problems. First and foremost, the government can set new working policy and extended the working age from 65-70. By extending the retirement age, the older citizens can share the work experiences and knowledge to younger employees. Another measure that government can take to solved the possible issues is by encouraging working immigrants from other countries. As a result of this, the government will have enough working individuals as well as taxes. In addition, government can improve the quality of the nation’s healthcare services. For example, by providing daily healthcare centre and supplying advanced medical treatments which can ensure the health and well-beings of the elder people.

To conclusion, although there are many consequences and burden cause by the aging population in developing nation, government along with the citizen can overcome these challenges by their forward-thinking and effective policies and measures
