These individuals are often more financially stable, making them more willing to contribute their time to improve their communities. For instance, in many developed countries, we see seniors engaging in charitable work to provide shelter and food for the homeless in their neighborhoods. Such acts instill a strong sense of responsibility and altruism in the younger generation. This phenomenon is recognized globally as beneficial in a world where selfishness often prevents people from taking action for the welfare of others.
Nevertheless, aging populations will place significant pressures on society. Both governments and businesses will need to cover increased retirement pensions and healthcare costs, resulting in a greater financial burden for taxpayers. Additionally, the younger workforce will be required to work harder while simultaneously caring for the elderly.
