In modern society, a significant proportion of individuals believe that tertiary education is crucial in order to find a job with a large amount of salary. While the others are convinced that having a diploma is not necessary. I personally support the idea that the high degree is no longer needed in order to earn enough.
To begin with, there are several considerable reasons, however the most significant counterargument to professional education is that it is not guaranteed by anyone that the graduated student will find a well-paid occupation. For instance,as the recent studies show us that a substantial majority of the students work in different jobs after graduating. In other words, more than half of the students are not satisfied with the salary in their profession, which, as a result, leads them to consider other opportunities.
Another equally important argument is that pursuing specified education requires a substantial time investment, which some individuals try to avoid. This forces you to reassess the whole idea of studying at the college or university, especially when there are numerous courses and practical lessons which let you acquire knowledge. To illustrate this, a person, instead of studying for four years, has the opportunity to become a certified employee in less time.
In conclusion, while skipping the professional education has its own advantages and disadvantages, there is totally no connection between education and high salary. Ultimately, the focus is slowly shifting from having a diploma to having the actual skills required for the job.
