In today’s job market is demanding more different than it used to be. It is said that in today’s job market need to have more practical skills than theorectical knowledge, so in the future, an applicant who wants to apply for a job just only has practical skills. In my opinion, I strongly disagree with this issue.

Beginning this issue, in many companies, workers unneeded practical skills. Nowadays, the job industry is combined to many universities. In fact, the universities teach their students more theorectical knowledge than practical abilities until they complete their study in university then they are practiced in some companies. Moreover, AI is gradually developed to manage company systems, the best way for young guys to success in their career job is having fully knowledge about the AI.

On the other hand, if the employee has both academic qualifications and pratical skills, they will be more promote in their career. Not comparing between academic or practical, young people should admit the significant of both study and practice in job industry. Fresh graduate can have more experience’s job from praticing in their company. Beside that, when people are having good expression in work, they will be paid attention by your superiors, it help them promote in their job.

In conclusion, employees should have both academic study and the practical skills to develop their career job. Helping their life condition and also give them more opportunies to improve their life.
