These days, function defts much more important than university knowledges in job apportunities. In the future, accupation vulenteers may not need any school certificates. I strongly agree with this and ! will discuss and reveal my view in this essay.

I think, nowadays, many job vacancies do not need certificates. However, they demand experiens more than certificates. Some jobs, such as building labour, constructing, and digital marketing do not need special qualifications. Indeed, they need crafts, and also if someone wants to be succes in such accupations, he should try hard to earn more experiences in paticular area. From my view, in the future, this point will be more prominant, because many jobs will turn to online marketing, like online shops or online retailers. Todays, many companies and industries are working on the internet and try to broaden their platform on network, and their employees are telecommuting. I think, governments can help people in this case, and try to convince them by employing them and led them to get more experiences in particular area. Furtheremor, states can produce a lot of TV programmes for helping the community to find their favorait jobs and educate young people that how get more experiences in various areas. I think, schools can paly an important role in educating students and persuating them to demonstrate their skills and exposs the job which they intrest in.

To sum up, from my point of view, in the close future, we will be whitness, that many jobs and marketing will turn to online marketing, and start working and giving services on the internet platform. Therefor, most of jobs do not require certificates. Indeed, they will be demanded experience and skill.
