Note: Both the topic and the essay were created by one of our users.

In the past 20 years, both theorical and practical abilities have become significant in job market. Even it is believed that in coming years you don’t need any university qualifications for finding a brilliant job. From my point of view, it is necessary for all the people to strike a balance between our theorical knowledge and practical skills to warranty the future of our career.

Admittedly , having knowledge about our career assists us to broaden our horizons. To provide clarifying on this sentence we can say that, when you are aware of the reason of a phenomena you will be not only creative but also innovative. What’s more, in academic places you will see prominent people in your field which helps you to make a potent network. So, you can find a suitable job rapidly.

However, only having knowledge is useless. The fact of the matter is thatuntil you don’t put theory into practice your data can’t be effective in finding an appropriate career. Employers are willing to take on employees who can use of their information to resolve challenges .Moreover, nowadays countless people have university degree.Under this circumstance, to make a difference, we should learn practical abilities too. For instance, a great number of computer students knowmathematics or physics. On the other hand, for finding a promising career they should have practical abilities for coding or data analysis.

In way of conclusion, for finding a fulfilling job not merely is practical skills critical but also having qualifications is requisite. With full respect to practical skills, undeniably we can’t ignore theoretical knowledge which helps us to be more pioneer.
