Because the head of the team can easily accept their demands for work well such as high salaries, a joyful boss, and separate them the exact team like for employees skills or characteristics.
On the other hand, being intelligent is not enough for leaders and team employees. If they cannot show hard, productive work, they cannot be good examples for the team and opponents. this negatively affects team efforts and productivity. Moreover, a head of group must have problem-solving and analysis skills. For example, find a root cause of problem and make wise decisions. These skills help manage group, solve conflicts, and achieve goals.
