Some people agree that new employees who have higher salaries than other workers in a work place is a good thing despite their years of experience. I completely disagree with this view because it can discourage other workers due to their low salaries.
The company should give workers’ income by assessing their length of service and work experience as well. Firstly, senior managers should gain sufficient experience by looking at other workers’ projects and noticing their strengths which help them expand their ideas and creativity. Secondly, if young managers get higher salaries even from their early stage, they may become less dedicated due to lack of motivation to make a fortune. Therefore, workers should have their own remarkable aims which encourage them in every circumstance and help develop their personality. For example, many workers want to reach their potential and personality through gaining productivity and a developed mindset when they work hard despite their salary.
One more influence of junior employees who have a higher salary is that others can lose their ambition because of competition among workers. Every person wants to be in an equal position with their achievements and length of their working years. By contrast, professional managers can rescue others’ work, especially people who do not have any experience and sufficient knowledge. As a result, senior managers improve both their personal attachments and work experience.
In conclusion, having much more salaries can be a barrier to some young employees and other workers. The company should separate people by their hardworking skills, experience and success.
