The point I would like to start with is that practical skills should be included in university programs. Universities have a responsibility to provide students with both practical and theoretical skills. This is because a lack of practical skills can have a significant infinitesimal effect on students’ careers.

The first thing I should mention is that most universities focus more on theoretical knowledge than on hands-on abilities. This leads to problems at work. For example, many teachers focus only on accomplished students, and their relationships within the team are often poor. Due to this, universities should consider this relevant issue.
In order to improve the situation, it is essential for universities to avoid overwhelming students while adding additional subjects. I would like to point out that during interviews, employers often look for candidates who can solve company problems. To conclude from this, programs should include interships, case studies, and project based learning to expose students to real-world challenges. Futhermore, skill such as communication, teamwork, time management and adaptability without imposing on students. In the absence of such programs, universilies will fail to secure a bright future for their students.
