It is often argued that it is better unemployed than working in a job that you dislike. I absolutely agree with this opinion, because it leads to personal improvement and mental well-being.
On the one hand, being unemployed gives you many opportunities for personal fulfillment. In other words, you would study and research for learning new skills and boost your weak areas rather than spending your time on job that you do not enjoy. Also, unemployment provides a huge amount of time that can enhance future career and job satisfaction. According to research, nearly 60 percent of workers not happy with their jobs, it means they need change their occupation and try in a new way.
Another point is that work that you dislike frequently cause mental health problems leading to stress and depression. Moreover, it can lead to burnout, which can have serious consequences for your physical and mental health. Unemployment helps avoid this type of negative aspects and provides well-being in future work. Furthermore, after improvement yourself you achieve financial freedom, buying whatever you desire and live in better life.
In conclusion, in my opinion, it is much more beneficial spending time on improvement rather than working in a job that you do not enjoy.
