Working as per the schedules can be better compare to the flexible one.
Firstly, as per company, the company target for the people work to assign. Some of the work have to work on time as per preserving the chemicals. If the people have fixed work timetable, the person will have the roadmap to do the work. Secondly, the pupil will get the pleasure of completing the work. Thirdly, there should be the target in the life, by working as per the schedule the person can achieve the target early. Fourthly, there is the code “Time is money” most of the people link time as per money, so the per is having the right direction of the fixed work schedule the person have reach the target and by on person reached the target and company may also achieve the mission. Finally, there can be the disadvantage like not giving the time to the Family, Health etc.
On the other side, some people are suitable of working flexible due to the workload and many more reasons. Although, there is many pros of working flexible. First, the employ can give time to the gym and become healthy and after that work harder. Second, the pupil can give time to the family and enjoy. Third, the people can give time to the hobbyist to explore the world. Moreover, the people can start it’s own business in the flexible of the time.
In my opinion, both types of work schedules are better fixed and flexible. Working in the fixed work schedule is better compare to the flexible due to the target and achieving but we should give the time to our family, health and hobby.
