Some people believe that teacher’s role is only to learn children and improving their skills but there is a lot of works in order to teach kids. There are working with their mindset, improving their learning skills, speech recognition, listening and understanding the lessons and also teachers should working with student’s parents.
Teachers should be able to for many sides, and always be ready for everything. Also, the main thing is tutors should be responsible. I think the government should raise their salaries because every people’s education and knowledge based on teacher’s experience, hardworking, and even people’s fate depends on the teacher. Also, in my opinion, tutors should also learn psychology, how to work with kids, and how can they accept and understand the lessons. Kids just love like these teachers and will learn from teacher’s actions and experiences. Thus, the World will become a better. The main role of teachers firstly is motivate and inspire students to learning is only way to become successful and rich person, and being confident, building strong character and successful career. Although, I think learning with no pause, is not good for a health, so sometimes people just need a rest. However, people can ruin their health and mindset. If there was no tutor, then will be no future.
in conclusion, I agree with this point of view that it is thought by some that a school teacher’s role is to motivate and inspire students. So. teachers are the main reasons why students are successful in their careers and having a strong characteristic.
