The contentious nature of higher salaries deservable persons in large companies has sparked a significant debate regarding to pay high amount of money to top-level and lower-level workers. While many individuals argue that salary should be pay according to talent, I contend that, It should be distribute as per position. I will discuss my point of view in the forthcoming paragraphs.
To start with, the responsibilities and pressure handled by CEO’s and executives justify their hefty amount of salaries. For example, these upper-level folks have to take the critical decision which impact the entire organisation. Moreover, The strategic decision taken by these people establish the company goals and the allocation of sufficient resources help to achieve them. Furthermore, the complexity and risk associated with these positions demand the high level expertise, experience and dedication towards the company mission and vision. Thus, the success and failure of the allocated tasks affect the leadership of the top workers.
To discussing further higher compensation to executives and CEOs can serve as a motivation for employees at all levels. Also, the large amount of pay motivates the employees to improve their skills, which helps them in their career advancement. Additionally, the hardwork and exceptional performance of lower-level champions can lead to financial rewards. This type of encouragement assist employees to excel in their roles. However, it is critical to acknowledge the downsides of disproportionate executive compensation. Excessive pay gaps can lead to resentment and demotivation among lower-level employees. Therefore, the balance between the gap of salaries among higher-level and lower-level workers should be fair and equitable.
To conclude, Giant associations should give higher money to top-level employees to reflect their critical roles and responsibilities. However, this should be done with careful consideration of the overall compensation structure to ensure fairness and maintain employee morale.
